Sales

Q. Can you special order computers?
A. Yes, absolutely! All of our computer sales are done on an as-ordered basis, so that we can make sure to match you with exactly the right system for your needs.

Q. How long will it take to get my new computer?
A. Since every system is ordered on-demand, we can normally get systems within 5-7 business days. However, depending on what upgrades you choose, that time can extend out further as systems are sometimes built-to-order and shipped directly from the factory. We do our best to fill all orders as quickly as possible.

Q. I need my data from my old system. How can I get that onto the new one?
A. We offer data transfer services from old Macs and PCs to new Mac systems. Cost can range from $49-$139 depending on the condition and type of the older computer.
